The course materials include over 20 hours of video lessons (live and recorded), practice exercises, mock tests, and other relevant study materials. These materials are designed to help you improve your CELPIP score and achieve your desired results.

We understand that every student’s situation is unique, and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with our program. Therefore, we offer the following guarantees:

a. 7-Day Refund Policy: If you wish to cancel your enrollment for any reason within 7 days of purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee – minus the registration fee of $150CAD which covers administrative costs of the program.

b. 30-Day Refund Policy: If you have completed 80% of the course, including the mock tests, and documented your scores in the Score Tracker, and have not seen an improvement in your CELPIP score, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase – the refund in this case will be full, you will also receive the registration fee of $150CAD back. The refund will be subject to verification of your score tracker and your submission of at least 80% of your mock test responses for feedback. We reserve the right to refuse the refund if you only submit your mock tests for feedback during the week of your test.

a. “INSIDER STUDENTS” do not get a refund if they forget to cancel their trial period before the next billing date.

You agree with the payment plan or options provided to you during the checkout process, and outside of the money back policy or guarantee, no refunds can be made at any time. If your payment plan is an installment plan, you have agreed to the terms and may not change it at any point.

If you need any technical support or have any questions about the course materials, you may request support through the support system inside the platform or by sending an email to support@expressprograms.ca. Please note that it is your responsibility to request support or refund/cancellation through the correct support channels. Failure to do so may result in us not responding to your request or not refunding the product.

We reserve the right to remove a student from the program with no refund if they fail to follow our general guidelines or rules given in the lessons or if they lack respect for a member of our team or their colleagues.

All course materials, videos, and mock tests are the property of our training program and are protected by copyright laws. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce any part of the course materials without prior written consent from our program.

If you are a member of the CELPIP MENTORSHIP program, which includes live sessions, you may submit your writing and speaking for feedback. You may submit as many writing and speaking submissions as you want, but you must notify the instructors through the support channel in the platform that you submitted a mock test for review. The usual response time is 48 hours during normal business hours, but we reserve the right to answer within 48-72 hours. Feedback is subject to the availability of our mentors.

By enrolling in our CELPIP Online Training program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them.
